Awesome!
Cool install. Thanks for the picts.
Very neat mod I like it. Now you can't sell your house or your bike, or maybe if you do they'll be a package deal, lol

sent from 2 wheels with the wind in my face and the sun on my back
Removal is simple ;)
Excellent job.

Gibbo
that is dope as hell! awesome job!
That's not a bad idea. Did you buy the momentary switch or did you have one on hand? How did you test the opener to see which two leads you would jump off? Did you have to desolder anything on the board to make the button work or did you leave the circuitry intact? Weekend project! Beats making my kids a Lego table. Wahoo (high five)

bought the switch $4ish at Radio Shack. multimeter to test find the leads on the switch, just find the two that are NO and the close when you hit the switch. no de-soldering, just soldering.
@hydroturf
@ET_Geckoe I know this is an older thread. I'm thinking about doing something similar. Having had this for awhile now, are you happy with the placement? Would you do anything different? I'm debating between this and wiring my opener into the high beam switch. Thanks man.

I love it, only thing I would do different is to drill from the top (the correct side to prevent the bullethole effect in the chrome)
