RE: Bars
Yeah, you're not asking much. 1" does not seem to be a popular size. You might be better off getting a metal shop to fab some for you. @spidr

Re: Bars
Yeah saw some "fabbed" bars, didn't really like them. I like the idea of production bars since if it doesn't look/feel right returns are easier. If I can't find what I want I did find some pullback risers and if I roll the bars back after I put them on I'll get the rise and pull. I'm only ³ inches from width.

RE: Bars
For those dimensions, I honestly think you'll need to have them made. I don't think I've seen any bars that are 36" wide with 14" pull back. About the closet I can think of would be a combination of a pull back riser with 35 degree drag bars, and that will get you about 12.5 inches of pullback (2.5 inch pull back in the risers, and 10" from the bars). However, the width is only 28.75 on the bars. You can use 1" framing steel, the type used for race car, and motorcycle frames, and bend it at 7" center about 40 degrees, and then cut the bar at 36" wide. Then you can pick up 8" tall risers, and you'll have what you are looking for.

RE: Bars
Try here http://www.baronscustom.com/catalog/display/759/ but they are only 12.5 pull back. I think that for what you're asking it may be as @jhennly says a custom made job.
